Nissan Skyline Imports: R32, R33 & R34

The Skyline is the car that started most JDM obsessions, and it is the one we are asked for most. Here are examples we have sourced and imported.

Skylines we have imported

Bright green built R33 Skyline imported by JDM Imports R33 GT-R

1996 Nissan Skyline GT-R (R33)

A fully built R33 racecar making nearly 600 horsepower. It carries a rare HKS stroker kit and about everything else you can imagine. The front end has been converted to an R34 front for maybe the most gorgeous Skyline ever built.

White R34 Nissan Skyline GT-T imported from Japan R34 GT-T

1998 Nissan Skyline GT-T (R34)

A clean R34 with a well-chosen list of upgrades rather than a scattergun build.

  • Momo steering wheel
  • Bride seats
  • Volk TE37 wheels
  • Nismo clutch and clutch cover
  • Blitz intercooler
  • Nür-Spec exhaust
  • Greddy radiator
Blue widebody R34 Nissan Skyline GTX-T R34 GTX-T

1998 Nissan Skyline GTX-T (R34)

A highly modified R34 pushing over 600 horsepower, with a fully moulded widebody kit and all the supporting modifications you would expect. A fully built car that will rival an exotic’s performance at a fraction of the price.

  • 5-speed manual transmission
  • BLITZ coilover suspension
  • HID headlights
  • Aftermarket exhaust and intake
  • Nismo front and side indicators
  • Carrozzeria audio system
R33 Nissan Skyline GTS-T Type M in Deep Marine Blue R33 Type M

1996 Nissan Skyline R33 GTS-T Type M

A special car. A lightly modified Type M finished in factory BN6 Deep Marine Blue — only 45 manual coupes were painted in this colour by Nissan.

R34 Nissan Skyline GTT with RB26DETT engine swap R34 GTT

1999 Nissan Skyline GTT (RB26 swap)

Found in Japan with a widebody kit, wheels and many other upgrades, including an RB26DETT engine swap.

R34 Nissan Skyline GTX-T repainted in Bayside Blue R34 GTX-T

1999 Nissan Skyline GTX-T

An interesting one. It began life as a GTX all-wheel drive model, was swapped to the RB25-DET turbo engine in Japan, and received a full engine-out repaint to Bayside Blue.

25-Year Rule eligibility by generation

A Skyline becomes importable 25 years after its build date, month by month — not on 1 January of its model year. R32 (1989–1994) and R33 (1993–1998) are fully eligible now. R34 (1998–2002) is eligible for earlier build months, with later cars becoming eligible progressively.

You can check live eligibility and current Japanese asking prices for every generation on JDM Hunter, which tracks Skyline listings daily.
